maintenance
We might have, from time to time, to perform maintainence, upgrades or replacements to our servers. We reserve the right to suspend access to such server during the required time to do the maintainence, upgrade or exchange the server, for no more than 4 hours. In this event, the users will be sent an e- mail at least 24 hours before the due date and time for maintenance.
ResponsibilityWatanWeb Hosting & Web Design LLC can not be held responsible for any damage caused to your business or yourself, even if the damage is directly caused by one of our employees. WatanWeb Hosting & Web Design LLC cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or service interruption, but will do its best to help the customer.
You, as a WatanWeb Hosting & Web Design LLC customer, are solely responsible for the content stored on and served by your web site.
BackupsYou are responsible for maintaining adequate backups of your content.
Technical SupportWatanWeb Hosting & Web Design LLC provides technical support to our customers via a support ticket system. WatanWeb Hosting & Web Design LLC provides support related to your web site physical functioning. WatanWeb Hosting & Web Design LLC also provide technical support for application specific issues such as PHP or cgi programming, html, script installation or any other such issue.
Termination and SuspensionYou may terminate your hosting at any time by advising us via a support ticket that you wish to do so.
We may suspend any or all of your services where we have reason to suspect a violation of our terms and conditions whilst we investigate the suspected violation. We may suspend your services where we have reason to suspect that a script installed on your site is being abused whilst we investigate the suspected abuse.
Clean UpIf we suspect that activities performed by you or a third party on your hosting account, whether deliberate or not, may compromise the security of our server or any other server or computer, we may require a clean up to be performed.
A simple clean up will be provided free of charge, resulting in total loss of existing data on your hosting account. You should then restore the site from your backups. Depending on the severity, we may agree to perform a complex clean up (targeting only compromised files), for which we will charge support at our standard support rate.
ViolationsIf you violate our terms and conditions we may terminate or suspend (temporarily or indefinately) any services you have with us. In this case no refund will be given for any payments that have been, or are made by you to us.
Cancellation and refund
You can cancel your web hosting/web reseller
service within 3 days of your purchase for any reason.
Domain registration orders cannot be cancelled once purchased according to
international domain registraiton rules and regulations. You can email us at
info@watanweb.com or call us to cancel other types of
services and/or to talk to our sales personanel. Your payment will be refunded
fully.
Websites with illegal content will be cancelled. We do not refund in these kinds
of illegal-content cases, rather we do let our customers to change the domain
name used for the website service with a legal one.
